Breakroom, coffee & consumables · I-75 South corridor

Breakroom management that ends the Costco run.

Somebody in your office is currently noticing the coffee is low, driving to a club store, fronting the money and carrying it in. That job quietly costs more than the coffee does. We already have a van at your building — let it arrive full.

The part nobody puts on the invoice

The expensive thing about breakroom supplies is not the supplies.

Price a case of coffee and it looks trivial. Price the hour an office manager spends noticing, listing, driving, queuing, loading, unloading and reconciling the receipt — at a blended office-manager rate — and the real number appears. Do it fortnightly and it is one of the most expensive low-value tasks in the building.

It also fails in a specific way: it is nobody’s actual job. So it gets done late, the good snacks run out first, the filters never get changed, and the paper towels are always the thing somebody has to make a special trip for.

Our advantage is unglamorous: the van is already coming. A specialist pantry vendor has to justify a dedicated stop at your door, which is exactly why the big route operators treat small and mid-size offices as marginal. For us it is a few extra minutes on a visit you are already paying for — so the economics work at a size the specialists quietly avoid.

How the programme works

A documented profile, then it simply stays stocked.

We build a product list from what your office actually consumes — not a catalogue we want to sell — set inventory minimums, and restock against them on the visits already in the schedule.

What we stock

Six categories

Coffee & hot drinks · cold beverages · snacks · disposables & tableware · cleaning & hygiene · filters and equipment consumables — the last one being the category almost every office forgets until the machine tastes wrong.

Named routine

Breakroom Reset™

Cabinets and shelves organised, everything returned to a labelled home, counters cleared and reset. The difference between a breakroom that is stocked and one that is managed.

Pairs with

Your cleaning schedule

This is an add-on to recurring janitorial, not a standalone delivery service — which is precisely why it costs so little to run.

Common questions

Breakroom service, answered.

How is this billed?

One invoice a month, itemised — the product and our management fee shown as separate lines, never blended into a single number. Buyers in this industry are routinely advised to demand a sample invoice before signing, because service fees often turn up that were never in the proposal. Ours is a stated line you agree in advance.

Do we have to change our coffee machine?

No. For most offices we work with the brewer you already have and simply keep the right pods and consumables coming. Where a machine is genuinely needed we can place a modest one; if you want commercial bean-to-cup or espresso we will point you to a specialist rather than pretend to service equipment we do not service.

What if half our team is hybrid?

Then you should not be stocked as though everyone is in five days a week — that is how offices end up over-supplied and over-billed. The profile is built around your actual on-site pattern, and adjusted when the pattern changes.

Can you do this without the cleaning contract?

It is designed as an add-on to a recurring cleaning schedule, because that is what makes it economical — we are already there. As a standalone delivery run it would cost you more and be worth less, so we would rather tell you that than sell it.
